How do you see your esplai?

A colleague of mine was facilitating a debate in our sectors training course. Participants of this debate were monitors from different Esplais. We were discussing about ungrowth and he asked us how do we take ungrowth in consideration in our Esplais, what is our contribution to the issue, what could be done better, which are the strong areas and where we are really good.
